What is MedStudy's return/refund policy?
General Printed Products Return Policy
MedStudy allows a 2-week return privilege on any printed product to allow you time to decide whether or not you wish to keep it. Please see the details on the Refund/Review sticker that is affixed to each product. To be eligible for a refund, the complete product must be returned, and, if a product’s Return/Refund instructions specify it, sealed materials must remain unopened to qualify for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to sending products back. In all cases, refunds will be issued when returned products are received at MedStudy, minus a $20 restocking fee. Initial and return shipping charges are not refundable.
You may open the outer shrink-wrap of the Core Curriculum package and review Book 1 for two weeks. Book 1 is representative of the content, look and features that will be found throughout all Core books and topics. If you decide not to keep the Core Curriculum, a refund will be issued only if ALL product components are returned undamaged and unmarked and only if THE SEPARATE SHRINK-WRAP ON THE REMAINING BOOKS IS STILL INTACT.
You have 2 weeks to review the enclosed Flash Cards before deciding whether to keep them. After your review, if you decide not to keep the Flash Cards, a refund will be issued only if all components of the product (full set of cards and box) are returned to MedStudy and you ship those items back no later than 14 days after you initially received them.
$100 service charge for refunds requested 30 days or more before Day 1 of the course (may be applied toward future course).
$200 charge for refunds requested 10–29 days before Day 1 of the course (no future course credit).
No refunds honored less than 10 days before Day 1 of the course.
We do not offer a refund on blu-rays, usb flash-drives, or any of our online products. However, you may try our products free before you buy via our Try It Free page.
