What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
To try to always lead and not follow. This was advice my uncle gave me as a young kid and only in my adult life, did I realize how important it is to keep that top of mind. It has helped me set my own goals, go after the things I've felt passionate about and helped me realize there are many ways to practice leadership both personally and professionally.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would love the ability to locate any lost object instantly. This would get me out of the house SO much faster every morning.

Where is your happy place?
Anywhere above tree line in Colorado, especially if you had to hike to get there.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of your office?
Traveling to see new places of the world.

1. I don't have a sense of smell.
2. My first job was to dress up as a bird at Red Robin every Tuesday night for Kid's Night.
3. In 2012 I spent the night in the Sahara Desert after riding a camel.

I'm not big into conspiracy theories, horoscopes on the other hand...
What is your favorite thing to do outside of your office?
I love going on an adventure with a camera.

"Always do your best. It doesn't have to be the best in the world, just YOUR best. And in five years, if you find out you did it wrong, at least you know you tried your best at the time." -my grandpa

I've been tasered voluntarily, I played the flute for about 12 years, I drive a stick shift.
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
Being able to work at something I truly love while helping those who seek to heal others.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of your office?
I love hiking as often as I can get out there.

I've lived in eight different states of the US, I once mixed the audio for a football game on ESPN2, and I maintain a physical music collection of CDs and vinyl.
Where is your happy place?
Hiking in the Tetons when the Aspen trees are golden yellow.
Are you a cat or dog person and why?
A dog person. Rescue dogs are my favorites and I can't wait to get another one.

Relaxing on a beach, listening to the waves crash.

The ability to teleport. It would be so much easier to travel and see my friends and family whenever I want.
Are you a cat or dog person and why?
Dogs! I love all the dogs! My husband and I have three labradoodles. Dogs just fit my personality so much better than cats. I love how loyal they are.
What's your favorite thing to do outside of your office?
As a former chef, I love cooking. I love experimenting with flavors and creating new recipes, as well as making tried and true favorites.

In the mountains, especially when the aspens are changing.
