  • Currently seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is new to our organization. We are looking for an idea-driven, creative word-smith to help our organization move our content to the next level, and ultimately increase our organic and referral traffic.

    Responsibilities

    • Optimizes content for search engines and lead generation.

    • Builds and manages the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and expansion into new social platforms.

    • Creates free resources that can drive leads, subscribers, awareness and/or other important metrics.

    • Plans, creates and manages web content that is easy to read and find, actionable, and shareable across digital platforms.

    • Optimizes the content we have, with an eye to repurposing, and refreshing it to maintain relevancy.

    • Blogs on an ongoing basis in support of projects and to attract site visitors through search, social and email.

    • Grows our customer base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s in tune with their needs.

    • Collaborates with designers, the video team, marketing managers, sales, external influencers and MedStudy physicians to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audiences.

    • Grows blog subscribers and expand the blog's reach.

    • Serves as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy and are a savvy word-smith (creative & technical).

    • Edits content produced by your teammates, including conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior to publishing.

    • Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.

     
    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

    • Must have a knack and love for writing.

    • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

    • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.

    • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and working experience writing content that increases qualified organic traffic and ranking.

    • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

  • Currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is new to our organization. We are looking for this role to elevate our creative product and bring a fresh eye for design to help keep our brand and products fresh. Position will report directly to the Director of Marketing, and will work collaboratively with other team members to improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life, and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints.



    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support our products and services.

    • Assist Designers and Illustrators with creative needs that span across Marketing and Production.

    • Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, display, social media assets, and more).

    • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

    • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, blog, email, and other channels.

    • Optimize landing pages and website pages

    • Assist with product photography and enhancement of images

    • Manage other design needs such as direct mail, signage, and tradeshow collateral as needed.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience

    • Past work either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. We require work samples to apply for this position.

    • Experience designing for digital marketing initiatives, including email, display and websites. This position must create assets for our team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.

    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.

    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. JavaScript a major plus.

  • Currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is new to our organization, and we are looking for this role to take our digital marketing initiatives to the next level. Position will report directly to the Director of Marketing, and will work collaboratively with other marketing and sales team members to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand awareness in the digital space, driving website traffic, leads and sales.



    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, and its products and services.

    • Move PPC management in-house and manage our PPC campaign effort, increasing the ROI of this channel.

    • Audit our Analytics tag setup, and optimize

    • Handle the implementation of the technical side of SEO best practices.

    • Manage MedStudy’s paid social efforts, including the setup, optimization and reporting of social campaigns.

    • Leverage data from our analytics tools to help improve marketing effectiveness and increase sales.

    • Implement digital content, including landing pages, email campaigns and workflows within HubSpot.

    • Implement retargeting and display campaigns and manage display banner development and distribution.

    • Responsible for eCommerce site management and optimizing the Shopify platform to deliver higher volume and sales.

    • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

    • Must have AdWords certification and 2-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns.

    • 5+ years experience in a digital marketing environment

    • Must be comfortable with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Hubspot)

    • Should possess web development and digital design skills

    • Must have experience with Google Analytics. Certifications a plus.

    • Must have experience with eCommerce web platforms. Shopify experience a plus.

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies

    • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. JavaScript and Liquid a plus.
